Overview
ADI Engineering’s “CPIC” is an easy-to-use PCI Express card that allows rapid evaluation and software development with the Intel Communications Chipset 89xx Series (formerly code named “Cave Creek”). Developers can use CPIC with their existing Linux-based Intel systems to quickly benchmark, test and develop with the Intel QuickAssist packet processing offload built into the 89xx.
ADI Engineering offers CPIC as a reference platform and as a private-labeled OEM product. We can also rapidly develop customized derivatives of CPIC to meet specific customer requirements. Under “Open IP,” customers have the option of scaling to volume CPIC or derivative designs through ADI Engineering, or directly with their own preferred factories.
